The first call soon came in. While on scene the Batallion Chief and "The Captain" soon requested hydration services.

It began with Disaster Response Workshop in the Emergency Operations Center. "Be Prepared....be very prepared".

On a beautiful sunny day in America's finest city, a group of innocent DAT responders boarded a plane to the Windy City.
